About Bjorn Koch

Bjorn Koch comes to the United States
Bjorn visited family in San Diego and elected to participate in an internship for that semester in the United States. He returned to Germany for a short time, but soon after finishing school, he had the opportunity to once again return to the US for work. He took this opportunity and moved to the states, where he has lived and thrived since. Koch currently lives in the Boston, Massachusettes area, though he hardly remains exclusively there. With a passion for travel, Bjorn can often be found exploring not only the United States, but the globe as a whole.
Outside of work, Bjorn has had some time to appreciate the cultural landscape that has surrounded him his entire life. He is currently positioned in Boston, but travels frequently to New York City for business purposes. These just happen to be some of the most culturally diverse cities in the United States, and Bjorn Koch has taken full advantage of this. Aside from appreciating culture and cuisine as a side-gig from work, Bjorn Koch makes sure to travel often and appreciate cuisine from all over the world. He travels often to Europe to visit family and other regions of the continent such as Tenerife, the South of Spain, Dublin, Rome, Milan, Florence, London, Provence, and the French Riviera. In South America and the Caribbean, he has traveled to Rio de Janeiro, Punta de L’este, Guadeloupe, and St. Barths. Anyone can claim to have eaten Mexican or Italian food, but until you’ve traveled to these places and indulged in the authenticitity of the cuisine offered, allowing the atmosphere and culture of the country take you in, you haven’t lived.
